Handyva is an AI virtual assistant you chat with like a person. You message it by text or voice note, and it sets reminders, keeps notes, drafts messages, plans, researches and, as connections roll out, works with your email, calendar and business inboxes.
How is it different from hiring a virtual assistant?
Handyva answers in seconds, any time of day, for a fraction of the cost of a human assistant. When something needs a person, send /human and our team picks it up.
Do I need to install anything?
No new app to learn. Handyva chats with you through Telegram, the free messaging app for phone, computer or browser. Setup takes under a minute.
How do I pay?
On handyva.com with MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or a Visa or Mastercard card, processed securely by Paystack. Pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with 10%, 20% or 30% off the longer terms. Nothing renews automatically.
Is my data safe?
We never ask for your passwords. App connections use the provider's own sign-in page, payments go through Paystack, and you can disconnect apps or delete your data at any time.
Which apps can it connect to?
Google Calendar even on the free trial; Gmail on every plan; Outlook / Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Apple Calendar and drives on Pro; and GitHub, Slack, Notion, Jira, HubSpot, Shopify and QuickBooks on Business. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Slack, QuickBooks and Google Business Profile are rolling out; the rest work today.
Can I send it photos and documents, or get files back?
Yes. Send a photo, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or text file and ask about it: summarise a contract, pull totals from an invoice, read a receipt or a screenshot. Handyva can also make files for you: a CV or letter as Word or PDF, a budget or price list in Excel. Each file read or made uses one message and one of your monthly files: Starter includes 3, Pro 9 and Business 21, with up to 10, 15 and 20 pages read per file. The free trial includes 1.
Can it make images?
Yes. Ask for a flyer, poster, social media post or illustration, or send a photo and ask Handyva to change it: remove the background, restyle it or turn it into a flyer. Text on the image is spelled the way you give it. Starter includes 5 images a month, Pro 15 and Business 40; the free trial includes 1. Each image also uses one message.
Does it understand Twi, Ga or Ewe?
Voice notes work in English today. Twi, Ga and Ewe voice support is next, followed by Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo.
Can I use Handyva outside Ghana?
Yes. Handyva works anywhere in the world. Card payments work worldwide; mobile money is available for Ghanaian numbers.
